i've spend 400$ sinse january in epsons inks
can i refill its inks,its deferent from the older epsons
it has this chip that counts the ink left.

Yes, you can they now make chip resetters and you can use a full cartridge to fool the printer into using a syringe refilled cartridge. Here is a link: http://www.printerfillingstation.com/Instructions/epC60.htm
