refill system problems

Hello,im a first time user of this ink system in Tanzania i bought the Epson 230 with the refill system i filled the system and did the first day after 2 days got a order i started yello and light magents wont come out or lets say air bubbles i tryed cleaning the head 10 times did the print head as well nothing works what should i do please help

dont use refills, use the correct ink.

did you reset the chip? buy a new epson, and see what happens.
most epsons use pigmented ink, as opposed to generic dye based, and THESE printheads are VERY sensitive.
