Reformat 'C' Drive using 'D' Drive?

So , Is it possible to reformat your 'C' Drive using 'D' Drive? .. I dont have USB , CD & DVD atm .. I was wondering if I could do this? .. Is it bad? -

You can't do it from the D drive unless the D drive contains an OS you can boot in to. If D drive is just used for storage and applications, no chance.

You need to get yourself a CD/DVD drive, or a USB pen drive.
