I just upgrade to win10 from win 7. But now i want to reformat it.
What can i do so that i dont have to download win10 again after clean install with the win7 disc.

If you have Upgraded your Win 7 to Win 10, and if it is activated properly...
You do not need your old Win 7 license.

You can do it straight from Win 10.
Go here and download the Win 10 MediaCreation tool
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

Make your very own USB or DVD
Boot from that, and proceed.

Create a Windows 10 bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool. Since you've had 10 on that machine before, it will activate automatically as long as you install the same version of 10 (Home or Pro). You don't need to upgrade from 7.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

In order to do this, you will need a USB stick of at least 8GB. I guess 6 would work but I recommend 8.

Actually, 4GB will work.
"A blank USB or DVD (and DVD burner) with at least 4 GB of space if you want to create media. We recommend using a blank USB or blank DVD, because any content on it will be deleted."

What about if you want to make a bootable USB that has both versions Home and Pro as well as an x86 (32-bit) and x86-64 (64-bit) copy of each? That way you have every version on 10 that most any client would need.

I've found that that takes about 5.3GB... Unless Disk Manager was providing inaccurate information.

OK, that's different, and will obviously take up more space.
But from the MediaCreation tool, a Win 10 install fits on a single 4.7GB DVD with room to spare.

I see your point, I could have provided that information from the get go, but who says he's not going to hit the button to load all versions and not all architectures? I mean, nobody here said not to.

Rather than keep arguing, let's just leave it at "I could have provided more information."

Done.

So...do you have enough info to move forward?
It's pretty easy.
