refresh rate and eye strain

With new pc monitors not sure how many have this feature but in monitor menu on the monitor itself theres a feature called smart view Turn it on stops yours eyes hurting and look same at nearly evry angle also it makes picture cleary...colour temp helps..with refresh rate. games have vertical sync in game setting menu which u should switch on or some games ssaq rather hh some thing change to one or other stopped my games freezing and line tears and also try locking games to fixed fps.. In game setting.. And if u go into settings on pc where monitor refresh rate is rather than fiddle about just do detect and identify monitor and sets it up properly with that monitor.
