Question Refresh rate problem with my LG 27GQ05F

Hello. I recently bought online on Romanian sale (pcgarage.ro) a 27 Inch LG UltraGear 27GQ50F with 165hz and i configured the monitor on NVIDIA Control Panel and i saw "G-SYNC" option (The monitor supports FreeSync). After i enabled the "Enable settings for the selected display model", it starts sometimes the refresh rate drop to the 50hz - 60hz etc...
Do you know why?

Did you set the Hz to PC not SD/HD/FHD/UHD?

it is configurez to run on 165hz, if you mean it was on 1080p 1920x1080 it is not, it's on 1920x1080 165hz
