Question Refresh Rate Resetting

I'm on Windows 7 (ready to be bullied) and whenever I try to change my refresh rate to anything 75hz and above it just resets back to 59hz, it sucks since im used to 144hz and it just started doing this. i have a msi optix mag241cp monitor that supports 144hz

What graphics card are you using, and what resolution are you attempting to use?
