Refresh Sylvania 3 in 1 DVD combo

I purchased a used Sylvania 3 in 1 at auction. I did a hard reset because I was unable to log on because I didn't know the pin. Now, it wants the email associated with the device, which I do not have because I got it from auction and do not know who the owner was. Is there anyway to bypass this so I can log on? Thank you!
