Refresh your PC does it delete installed games,programs,AV?

I would to know what happens when you use "Refresh your PC" function,can it delete all installed programs like photoshop,avast,malwarebytes,sony vegas,steam and etc? Especially my games that i have a lot of.

It located on PC settings:Update and Recovery/Recovery
