Question Refreshing phone

If I reset my phone to factory settings can it slow down my phone for some reason.Like to slow hard drive bcuz deleting the files.

Yeah, it should be vice versa and you should even notice some improvements in regards to the speed. Does the sites/apps load slowly or the phone itself does not function as used to be?
