Question Refurbished PC opinions ?

Need opinions on this refurbished Dell Optiplex 3050 SFF PC:

Specs:
i5-7500
8gb ddr4
256gb ssd

Regardless of what the price may be, im wondering if this is a decent choice for browsing and watching films in high quality ( given the monitor is good enough ). Im fine with the computer being small.

Is there anything else I should look for in a pc that matters for my purposes?

Depends on how you plan on watching films on it, but browsing ought to be perfectly fine. Depending on source/encoding you might end up unable to use hardware acceleration which means a rather heavy load on the CPU as the integrated of that era is relatively worthless.
