Hi guys..when i was finding for a graphic card i found a graphic card that im attracted to..It is Sapphire R9 280..But when i see the box,its not the good looking purple with robot box but a black almost plain-looking with some brand names or something..so i asked him why is it like that and he answered its a refurbished gpu..it has 1 year warranty...my question is..
.What exactly is refurbished Graphic card
2.Should i get that refurbished gpu?is it safe?or should i get a normal Sapphire R9 270 instead which is less performance and less good looking card(i dont really care about the looks actually)
How much does the card cost?
I clicked wrong lol..the card cost 5$ more than the r9 270
How much do both cards cost?
Also, why did I get best solution?I haven't given an anwser yet. Thanks anyway though
😉
I accidentally click on it instead of replying..now i need to open new threads again to get info from more people..
R9 270 - 140USD
R9 280(Refurbished) - 150USD
I dont care spending 10 dollars more if the refurbished item is safe..

The r9 280 refurbished is a good deal.
The gtx 950 has slightly less performance compared to an r9 280, but it's new, which is nice and takes up little power and space which is also nice. It's also 10$ cheaper, which I know isn't a decision maker, as you said, but it's worth mentioning.
The Gtx 960 will just about match the R9 280, and is new, but is quite a bit more expensive.
The R9 280x will have quite a bit more performance than the R9 280, and is new, but draws a lot of power and costs 40$ more.
If your PSU can handle it, I would go with the XFX R9 280x. For 50$ you get a better performing card than the R9 280 that is also new and has a lifetime warranty.
