I own a pc having the following Specification:

1:Intel Core i5-4440
2:Amd R9 270x Sapphire Edition
3:Kingston Hyper X Fury 8gb Ram
4:Circle CC 820 Case
5:550 watt Psu (came with the Case)
6:Gigabyte H81m mAtx Motherboard
7:WD Green 1TB Hard Drive

Please Tell me what should I upgrade in my pc so that its able to run the latest Triple A titles at Ultra Settings, I am going to Change the Case since this one is not good. Also suggest me a good monitor 1080p

Solution
GTX 970 or R9 390. It would be wise to get a better power supply for these cards. A nice 500W+ for the 970 or at least 600W for the 390. The rest of the build looks fine.

I will go for the 970 as I am on a budget. The R9 390 is too costly in India.
Please Suggest me the Psu (specify it). Also tell me about the cpu, is it good or not? and yeah suggest me the monitor.

For the case i have selected the NZXT S340

SeaSonic S12II 520W would do the trick. If that is not available, list off some that you can get and I can recommend the best one. Your CPU is fine for gaming and should be for the next few years. That case is my favorite budget case and is a great choice. As for monitor, if you are on a tight budget, look for an IPS 60hz monitor. If you have a little cash to work with, you could get a 144hz monitor.

Thanks for your reply
I was very concerned about the processor. Now please tell me which 970 model to buy. My theme is blue and black. The display I chose is Dell S2415H 24 inch led monitor, please check whether its good or not. For the Psu I would go for cx series (600 watt).

Thank you

Then which one specify. I am on a budget suggest me a corsair psu. Also tell me about the monitor and other parts, are they good?

Ok give me some time for the research.
By the time tell me about the rest of the parts. Is the monitor that I have chosen is good? Also which gtx 970 model should I go with?

I would probably go with gigabyte since they provide better cooling

What about the MONITOR!

I am not demanding. Just wanted you to answer my whole question which u weren't

Ok Sorry....

Now I have Summarized my Upgrade and my PC specs:

Intel i5-4440~3.1ghz
Gigabyte H81M Motherboard
Kingston Hyper X Fury 16gb Ram
WD Green 1TB HDD
Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming Gtx 970 4gb
NZXT S340 Case
Windows 10
Dell S2415H Monitor

For the Psu I have Short listed the following ones:

Corsair VS 650 watt
Antec VP 650P
Cooler Master Thunder 600 watt
Please tell me which one to go for.

Thank you.

Thanks for the reply.
I was planning to add an ssd but my motherboard doesn't have a socket for ssd.

No sata socket, look closer.

It will have at the very least SATAII ports which will allow an SSD to run at 300MB/s which will be faster than a HDD topping out at 150MB/s in the very best conditions, and when you consider boot times SSD's are at their best (lots of little reads) and HDDs are at their worst. Or it'll have a SATAIII port.

I finally got the parts:

Nzxt s340
Hyper X 8gb ram
Antec VP 650 watt PSU
Dell S2415h Monitor
Gigabyte Gtx 970 G1 Gaming

The Extreme Edition was a bit costly so I went for G1 gaming.

Now the biggest problem is that the Nzxt case has 4 fans and I wonder that my motherboard has only one system fan socket. What should I do.

Also while building at what intervals should I touch the case to remove the static energy

Thank You.

I built the PC and it runs flawlessly. The only I changed is the graphics card, I got the gigabyte G1 instead of Xtreme Gaming since that was out of my budget.

Well I started playing Assassins Creed Unity (Fresh Newly Installed). I ran it on Version 1.0 and downloaded no patches. While I was playing the game I cranked up the settings to Literally Ultra. When I turn TXAA on my pc was running it very flawlessly with average fps of 35 (considering the bugs) and max fps to 60, I observed a strange thing that when I reduced Anti Aliasing to MSAA x8 the fps dipped to 28.

Why did that happen?

Btw thanks all of you for suggesting the parts and Toms Guide is an amazing place to get my tech related problems solved.

Thank You.
