[SOLVED] Regarding coil whine

So to my understanding it's completely harmless from what I've read, but should it really be this loud? Or do you think there's something else off here?

Any idea of what it might be then?
It only starts under heavy load, and stops right away when pausing a game.
Noticed when I tab out of a game and back in, it gets louder as well for som reason

That sound just like very loud fans, possibly CPU cooler since one of fans in GPU is not running so probably it's not too hot. Have you checked the temperatures ?
