Regarding graphics card update

I am looking for an update in graphics card currently i own a gtx 560ti but i want to upgrade to gtx 970.
my system specs are;
asus sabertooth x58 mobo.
corsair vengance 8 gigs ram.
cpu-core i7 960@ 3.2ghz.
So my main question regarding it's that if i buy a new gtx 970 will i be able to run it or not and is there is any chance of bottlenecks that is my cpu is enough to compatible with gtx 970. i am planning to buy asus strix gtx 970. please help me out at the earliest thank you in advance.....please.

There will always be a bottleneck, it will be either the CPU or the GPU, your CPU is powerful enough, you'll probably get 95% out of the card, something like that.

What PSU do you have.
