my native resolution is 1920*1080 (21.5 monitor) and i tried amd super virtual resolution which the max res is 2560*1440, but i feel generally everything is slightly blurry/less sharp/less crisp (i am talking about general windows experience not apps)
so if super res makes experience overall blurrier, what's the idea of it?or i just need to play with the scaling factor to get optimal result?

specs here if they have any benefits:
r9 280x
generic samsung 21.5 monitor
windows 10 falls creator update

You are using it in the wrong context. VSR only works well in video games, not text. This is because it adds an anti aliasing affect to text which is not pretty at all, makes it look really weird. But for video games, it looks great!
