Solution

You can't.
If you knew the original values, you could just recreate it.

But what you deleted is not a 'file', but rather just a value in the Registry. Which is really just a database.

Never muck around in the Registry without first making a full backup of it.
Never run your PC without a full backup of your C drive, at the very least.

I think unning DISM will recover certain registry entries, but I think that is only if they are corrupt. USAFRet is right. Don't mess around with the registry unless you make a full backup and actually know what you are doing.

Wonder if this would fix it: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

I don't have any such key in my registry (on my desktop or VM).

That tells me that it's likely the key is from 3rd party software that you've installed (or you are using a different version of Windows from me, I'm using Windows 10 Home).

One additional thing you can try:

Windows automatically makes weekly (or so) backup of your registry and stores it in the Regback folder. Warning: If any of the files are 0 bytes and you copy the files over, your system will likely be unbootable from that point on and will require a re-install. Be careful, read the warnings on the page, find info from multiple sites about it before trying it. This page says it's for Windows 7, but it does work in Windows 10. I had to do this myself once (on Windows 10). Read The Warnings Carefully. https://www.sysnative.com/forums/windows-7-windows-vista-tutorials/3901-manually-restore-registry-its-backup-windows-windows-7-vista.html

What is the problem that you are having since you deleted the registry keys. Any problems at all? Any errors popping up? If you having a problem with a specific program, try reinstalling it.
