Registery Error

I have two users on my computer (windows xp sp2)

User1 works just fine but User2 dosn't seem to want to install the files!
The files at http://classic.zone.msn.com/servives/install.asp appear to be
installing, but when I go to open a room it comes up with the prompt for
which directory to install it to. It wants to install to F:/ (which dosn't
exsist). So naturally I change that to c:/program files/msn zone (or
something simaler anyway) ... Now when I click OK, it comes up with a "Cannot
Write to Registry" Error.

User2 Does have System Admin. privalages.

Again, User1 works just fine. User2 dosn't. Please help.

The path needs to be correct; use the backslash, not the slash shown.:

c:/program files/msn zone Incorrect
c:\program files\msn zone Correct

This program might work to remove the Zone registry entries so a correct
install can be attempted:
