Registration and confirmation trouble

Hey everyone, not really sure if I'm posting in the right spot. Anyway I registered on here the the other day and its says I will be sent an email and that I need to confirm within 48 hours. Its coming up on 48 hours and I still havent gotten anything. Help? Anyone?

Nope, not a joke. It gave me that message every time I went to a new page. But if this message posts I guess it doesn't really matter.
