Registry corruption, can't locate files

I guess I got some kind of virus on my computer that corrupted a ton of my registry files. Now I can't locate half of my programs in the search box, I can't uninstall almost all of my programs since it removed the paths to those programs in the 'Programs and Features' list, and I can't even locate my control panel either; I had to find another link to it by using a tedious method.

I removed all the viruses with Malwarebytes, and I 'supposedly' fixed all of my registry files with a program called 'CCleaner', but I still can't locate any of my files or uninstall anything.

Do I have to resort to re-formatting my computer?
