I recently tried running in safe mode and used the cmd to exec these commands. > msiexec /unregister > msiexex /regserver But these hadn't worked either. Upvote 0 Downvote

I'm not sure if you said you did this already, this may have been another thread. I did this but the issue still persists. Hi, In registery try adding your account with full control and also admisitrator. I had also done this but I still have the problem. Should I just reinstall windows again? Upvote 0 Downvote
