First off, I know very little about network code, registry settings etc. But, I've been to sites like <A HREF="http://www.speedguide.net" target="_new">http://www.speedguide.net</A> and they have "registry tweaks" for win2k that will allegedly increase network performance.
Do these actually do anything? It's hard for me to tell; I'm on a LAN connection to a University server, so I get pretty decent speed regardless. I'd just like to avoid really fuX0ring my registry.
