I have been getting regular BSOD's since October. I have no idea why.
Do I need to check my hardware, is it failing?? OR I need to just re-install Windows.

I had upgraded my memory a few months back from 6GB 1333MHz to 12GB 1600MHz

The images below should be pretty self explanatory.(It has all the info that is needed here)

The reason you get BSOD'S is because there is a conflict , either hardware or software based. If you overclock with the wrong settings you will get a bsod , if a piece of hardware conflicts with another one you will get a bsod. Most of the time it is fairly easy to determine why you are getting a bsod and if you have recently changed something and started getting them then what you did is causing it.
So when you upgraded your memory a few months back were you getting bsod before that or is that when it started. Your memory upgrade a few months back puts the time frame at about October and that coencides with the start of the bsod's. When you upgraded your ram did you take out the ram you had and put in a new complete set of 12gb. In the bios did you change anything , any settings , is all 12gb showing up in the bios splash screen and Windows.

Thanks for the quick replies everyone

First off I did a Memtest86 run and it passed.

Secondly, yes I installed a complete new set of 12GB.

Third, the timings are set to 9-9-9-24 as per the memory specifications.

And yes it shows correctly as 12GB running at 1600MHz on the BIOS post screen or w/e that is called where it also shows the Energy logo.

As for what the exact voltages set in BIOS, I will check and post it.

EDIT:
I really don't understand much about this so I am using the X.M.P profile and the performance setting.
If I don't use them then the MB sets the RAM frequency to 1333 by default.
