[SOLVED] reinstall / update windows software drivers?

Im not referring to the printer drivers for the printer itself, im referring to the printer drivers that comes with windows, or anything related to printing.

I have software (turbolister) that wont print 2D barcodes. It briefly opens up the print dialogue screen then displays an error "The operation experienced an error"

All other other print options in the program works. Its just the 2D barcodes that wont print which is strange.

I have:

1. Tried 2 printers (Zebra 2844 and a Brother printer)
2. Reinstalled both printers driver software
3. Restarted the application and PC
4. Using Win 7 (cant change this)

How can I "update" and/or reinstall all printer related windows drivers / software? I am trying to troubleshoot.

Have you tried reinstalling TurboLister?

Do you have the necessary fonts installed?

Look in Reliability History: some error code, warning, or even and informational event captured that corresponds with the pop-up window.

Event Viewer may likewise capture an error. However, Event Viewer is not as user friendly as Reliability History.
