reinstall win, stuck on "language selection"

Hi,

I build pc, all are new except my HDD.
it seems the HDD installd windows7 will not read of my new mobo, so I have to reinstall windows7.
when I got to the first step that is Select Language, my mouse and keyboard suddenly did not response (even they hav power lights).

I read the other threads and they say just put the kb & mouse usb into front panel not in mobo usb at the back.
So I did but its the same problem I got.

What happen? What will I do now?
please help!!

the problem is your motherboard only has USB 3 sockets and win 7 by default doesn't support USB 3.

I dont understand, how can I run esw7, I dont have an OS yet? sori im just newbee

my solution, i got plug-in the ps/2 mouse and kb instead of usb. and its works!!!

thats what i get for answering questions late at night, didn't notice the PS2 slots. I even looked at the back plate but just for USB. Glad you worked it out
