reinstallation dvd windows 7

I ordered a windows 7 dvd and the company said authentic dvd. When I got the dvd it says reinstallation dvd and wont load on my computer. says the wins 32 file is missing. any help ?

And why did you need this?

Does it look like an OFFICIAL disc and box with a properly printed code?

I've never seen "reinstallation dvd" printed on an official disc. That sounds more like a version meant for a specific model and not the generic OEM version.

(Also, I would suggest Windows 8.1 64-bit OEM plus Start8 rather than W7)
