Reinstalled windows 7 cant connect to the internet

I just installed windows 7 but it wont let me connect to the internet with wired or wireless. Also it wont detect my second monitor.

I tried to update the drivers but it says windows could not find driver software for this device

In "device manager", double-click Network adapters, and then right-click your network adapter. Click Properties, and then, under Device status, check to see that the device is working properly. If the network adapter is disabled, click Enable Device to enable it.

Its MSI im not sure which one though
