Reinstalled windows and now 2nd HD isn't recognised!

I just did a reinstall of windows and now it's not recognising my 2nd hard drive. what is going on and how do i fix this?

installed the motherboard drivers, video, monitor, updated the bios, etc. setup is below

Does the BIOS detect the 2nd drive at boot time ?

Once in XP, right click on My computer and select Manage.
Click on "Disk Management" .... can you see the 2nd drive ?

also check device manager and see if the disks section shows two devices
make sure you've installed the latest SATA controller drivers from your mobo's vendor
make sure the RAID options are not enabled in your BIOS
