Reinstalled Windows, internet speed got worse

I reinstalled windows and my download speed and internet speed got worse, I'm using an Ethernet cable also I had 28 ping in games now I have 400.

Someone please help.

Did you reinstall all the necessary drivers for your computer, in particular, the LAN drivers?

@Wolfshadow is right, if you didn't get all of your drivers back up to date as well, your internet speeds would be laughable. to do this open your Device Manager > Network Adapters > and make sure all of those drivers are up to date by right-clicking, and selecting "update drivers" (but search the internet automatically for latest drivers).

I updated all my network adapter drivers and nothing has changed.
