Reinstalling disk missing

I upgraded my system so I had to clean my hard disk but during windows installation it said that it can't format or edit the disk. Then I opened cmd using shift f10 ,wrote diskpart list disk found the disk tehn select disk 0 clean After that I wanted to have c and d so I splited my hard intio 99gb and 365gb but after windwos booting it shows c only before you ask I can find it in disk management but not in my pc there it shows only c help pls (If you are wondering what upgrade I did well basicly changed motherboard ram cpu and psu only my gpu and hard are still the same)
