[SOLVED] Reinstalling LAN adaptor

My motherboard has onboard lan and wifi, and while attempting to remedy a "ethernet cable not plugged in ir broken" issue, I "uninstalled" the adaptor through device manager, but when I scan for hardware changes under action in dm, it doesn't pop back up. Any ideas on what to do?

MB manual will tell you which one you have so go to MB manufacturer site and get a driver for it so you can reinstall it.

I have already done this, gone to my motherboard manufacturer's website and downloaded the drivers, but the download is for an Intel driver program, which when I run says it couldn't detect any Intel networking products in my system. My only idea is to but a networking card. I have already reinstalled windows, used the reset network feature of w10 to un and reinstall all the networking drivers, and nothing. Hopefully I can get a video of my issue.

Well, at this point I get better speed on 5ghz wifi than ethernet. Due to the fact that I use a powerline adapter for the time being I will stick to wifi, and if I get actual ethernet laid to where my PC is, I will buy an expansion card.
