Reinstalling Win10 on a new build.

Ladies and gentlemen in a few hours I will be the proud owner of a newly build computer. New mobo, new processor but I'm keeping to HDD. But the computer and I are going to be staring at each other clueless of the next step. Before installing the HDD I know it has to be a fresh install to make everything update to the new stuff, problem is, I don't have a new copy of Win10 lying around. I do have my re-installation disk supplied with the old iBuypower computer I rebuilt though, Is that sufficient to boot and reinstall.
