Reinstalling Windows 10 on Z83 Mini PC

Hi everyone,
I have a cheap Z83 Mini PC which I bought off of eBay. It has a 32 GB system disk and 2GB RAM.
The windows installation was corrupted due to a power outage. When booting I get the error 'Your PC Device needs to be repaired. The boot configuration data for your PC is missing or contains errors.
File:\EFI\MICRSOFT\BOOT\BCD
Error code 0xc0000034

Hitting the Windows button takes me to the BIOS and all appears OK there.

I do not have any media to assist with reinstalling. I have tried doing a system repair from a USB i created on another Windows machine. The repair did not work.

So then I tried to use that media to reinstall. This fails because the system drive is too small.

Any ideas please? I would be very grateful.

Hello dafilth

The best option would be to Boot Windows in Command Prompt Externally, and then Run the SFC /SCANNOW Command with the /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\WINDOWS parameters.
