Question Reinstalling Windows 7

After trying thousands of methods to fix all errors on my PC I gave up, and I was wondering, would reinstalling Windows 7 repair the errors I currently have (Example: Code 37 on display adapter, a dozen of DirectX errors, bad resolution, other.) forever? I'm not gonna spend days trying to repair my PC with these "high-quality" repair programs that do everything but the thing I want it to fix.

I cant say for certain it will fix every issue, since some could be hardware related, but a reinstall of windows is typically a quicker and easier solution to problems like this.
Theres also a nice feeling about having a clean install of windows to work with.
