reinstalling windows 8

I got acer v3-571 laptop 8 GB memory windows 8 1 language i try ed to up grade to windows pro but could not as i work in Dubai i got cross and cleaned my hard drive load with windows 7 pro now i understand how to work windows 8 i cant get the recovery software and as i see this is in the bios can i use any windows 8 software and follow THE_PROPHECY APRIL 17.2013 please help
