reinstalling wondows 10 problem

Because nothing was working to wipe the drive that windows was installed on for various reasons like my browser wasn't working and just general clutter. I did this though the option in windowns 10 and ecerything when well ecept that none of the application form anny of my other 3 hdds showed up as being recognised. I tried to open them but they said that I chouldent open them ecemt steam I don't really whatn to have to wipe and reinstall all the application of my hdds do is their to get steam running though the os and to be recognised and just genrally getting back to woking like it used to.

1. You had applications installed on a different drive
2. You wiped and reinstalled the OS.
3. That new OS does not recognize your original applications.

This is completely normal. That's the way it works.
You have to reinstall all those applications.
