Question Reisntall win 10

Hi, i just got a new laptop a lenovo l340. Everything is great except that the version of windows included is home single language. So i cant change it to english. I was hoping to reinstall it with media creation tool, but i dont know if the software and drivers of lenovo will stay on the computer. What should i do?

The software will not, but Windows should automatically find your drivers via Windows update.

What software are you looking to retain? Usually, a laptop comes will more 'bloat' than useful software.

I dont know mybe the light on the keyboard or something. I once reintalled win 10 on my gf laptop and her touchscreen stopped working. Myabe just reintalling lonovo vantage after nuking it?
