Relatively new to PC's. How well will I be able to run games?

I'm wondering how good this pc build is. I'm mainly concerned with running high detail games at max settings with good performance (Mainly Fallout 4). Below are the parts.

AMD FX-8350 Black Edition

GPU
Sapphire Radeon R9 290X 4GB

Cooler
Cooler Master Seidon 120M

Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 R5

Memory
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB

at 1080p you should have no problems achieving 60fps in almost all known games on ultra and only a select few games on high.

What's your budget? What resolution screen are you planning on gaming on? we can probably help you selecting better parts

I will be playing, initially, on a 720p tv but plan on making an upgrade to a 1080p tv (I don't have anywhere for a monitor). My budget is about 1250. However, I think I will actually buy an fx 9590 and buy a hella good liquid cooler.

If you're planning on building that system, those aren't a very good selection of parts.
