I am looking for a good game capture 720p or higher for 80$ or less. Recommendations are greatly appreciated. Also if you have the time, can you tell me the difference between 1080i and 1080p?

Is this like a capture card where you plug a hdmi cable into it or are you looking for a program for the pc like bandicam. because if your looking for a physical capture card its going to cost from $150 to $250 for a decent one.
