Reliable BIOS download site for Award Software

I am resurrecting/upgrading a Packard Bell NEC PB13212701 vintage (2005) machine which has a BIOS is Award Software International, Inc. 10v 11/21/2004 BIOS version. This version does not support HT, but the CPU which I intend to use requires a BIOS version which supports HT.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to download Award Software International, Inc. BIOSes?

and from there you're most likely out of luck with old companies and old software since they have nothing older than 2007.

The code is by Award, but it was modified by Packard Bell to support that motherboard. You can't use a generic BIOS and expect it to work; look for a modded BIOS for that specific motherboard (it may not exist and using the wrong BIOS will probably brick the motherboard).
