Relocating cache on RAM Disk

1) I used the "environment variables" to relocate it in but is that all? I mean if I install new programs such as Photoshop of MS Office now, do they automatically relocate their cache to RAM Disk.
2) Does users cache refer to cache of all programs, if so, do i have to relocate my browser cache separately or it happens automatically?
3) What if temp and cache are lost a RAM Disk in case of sudden shutdown when my RAM Disk cant save it as it does on normal shutdowns?
4) Aside from temp/cache, is there any other thing to move to RAM Disk to minimize SSD writes while keeping the speed as fast as SSD? I have a 16 GB RAM which wont even get near half use. I read that one shouldn't disable page file, rather limit it to 1GB or less if not needed. So should I move it to RAM Disk too. Apart from "Rams have less memory", is there any other reason why i shouldn't be moving it to RAM Disk?

1/2) Not every software caches to the temp folder nor even the user folder. I'm not sure if that option redirects the temp folder but the appdata and programdata folders covers just about every software. It's not just cache/temp in those folders though. Ps has the scratch disk location option in preferences as does all adobe software.
3) There is no clear cut answer as different software handle temp files differently. Some are just working files so your saved file is still there and you just lost the work from the session and some can resume a session from the temp files in case of an unexpected shutdown. Otherwise cache and temp files are expected to just be temporary as the name suggests so isn't an issue if it's lost.

4) Minimizing ssd writes is a waste of time. Really nothing you're doing is benefiting from using the ramdisk vs using a ssd but if you want to free a couple gb or so by all means. 4gb is the max on the free version which I'm assuming you're using so that's all you can save. Rather futile imo.
