remote access XP to W7

Hi,
I have a PC at work running XP that is connected to some equipment. and which is used to program the equipment.
Previously, I have been able to control the equipment from home using Remote Access and a desktop with XP installed. I have now upgraded the home machine to Win 7. Shall I still be able to use Remote Access to control the equipment or must it be XP to XP or W7 to W7?

Yes, you will be able to do this. You need to set it up, though.

If you are speaking of windows remote desktop, yes, it will work. I do this all the time with my win 7 computer at home and my win xp computer at work and vice-versa. make sure your remote desktop client is updated on your XP computer.

Yes, you will be able to do this. You need to set it up, though.
