Remote Connection to Windows VM in Unraid Best Practice

As the title says what would be the best way to connect keeping in mind the VM will be running 3D design and render softwares Lumion and gaming. I'll be passing through a GTX 1060 to the VM as its graphics card. The idea is to have someone log in to the machine and be able to use the GPUs power for the design and render work and also gaming. Which of the remote connection softwares would you suggest and is it logical what i'm setting up?
