remote desktop tightvnc or else to help repair computers at distance with non static ip - help needed

so i am up to helping/resolving problems windows based pc`s since is a headache to do over phone, and i am looking for something that will work instantly on pc`s connected via broadband more likely but won't have static ip on both sides therefore "customer/friend"(ppl that got no idea of finding their ip address) won't be able to tell me his ip each time .
so is there anyone that can refer me to something?

teamviewer. all they have to give is a pin number. standalone client available, so they don't have to install anything, just run it and tell you the pin, and it's free.
