Hello,
i want to use remote desktop over internet im the user in pakistan and i want to use the desktop of pc that is in dubai

You right click on Computer (In Windows) then click on Properties then click on Advanced System Settings then click on Remote tab, under Remote Assistance check the box Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer then click Apply. You do this on the computer in dubai then on Vista or Windows 7 search box type Remote Desktop Connection to bring out the Remote Desktop Connection window.
