Remote Gaming on Own PC?

Hello,
I am looking for a preferably free software that allows me to play my games from any device [like shadow] but streaming to my own PC. If there isn't any that is free, is there one that is less expensive than the shadow software? I did some research, but couldn't quite find one that fits my needs. Thanks in advance.
