My friend keeps stealing my phone and sending people messages and generally being annoying, so I was wondering if there's any way I can use a PC to remotely lock my phone? Maybe some sort of app that links to the PC?
Thanks

I think you're going about this the wrong way. From a pet training standpoint, you're trying to mitigate the consequences of the bad behavior, instead of stopping the bad behavior.

1. Buy broken version of your model phone off eBay for $5.
2. Rig it so it'll fall apart when dropped.
3. Pull it out of your pocket as if you're going to send a text.
4. When your "friend" goes to grab it, pretend to fight him for it, and allow it to drop to the ground.
5. Pick up the broken phone off the ground, and proceed to go ape s#!t. Rant about how he always does this, and it was just a matter of time before an accident like this happened.
6. (Optional) Guilt your friend into buying you a new phone.

What a surprise, a INSULT REMOVED BY MODERATOR. I knew someone would post this. Clearly I have tried that because I'm not a moron. He steals the phone while I';m on it so its unlocked, then runs away and I can get it off him.
Maybe in future you could answer the question and if you don't know then dont bother answering

How about this, lose the attitude and respond respectfully to people who try and help you or ask questions. Otherwise you will be asking your questions elsewhere.

That being the case, I would agree with the other posters here. Tell your friend to quit being a jerk and leave your phone alone or his friendship services will no longer be required.

As for what you're looking for, there is (as a surprise to me) apparently an app that allows you just what you're looking for. A quick Google search for "remote to android phone" shows this AirDroid as a possible solution.

Edit: There are also ISL Light (ISL Online) and TeamViewer which can apparently allow you to control your android device from a PC.
