We cannot assist with blocking the remote access. Generally speaking (I'm not a lawyer), the college is entirely within their rights to monitor their property.
In a place of employment, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy beyond bathrooms etc - where monitoring would be illegal.
Even if you *could* block the remote access, don't you think they'd notice pretty quick & remedy the issue?
Not only remedy, they'd realize someone interfered with their property - and that may well be grounds for disciplinary action, potentially even dismissal.
Out of curiosity, what are you doing at work that you don't want to be seen doing?
