Does anyone know a way I could set up a switch/button that is attached to my desk which I could use to switch my computer on and off? Because the power button on the Enthoo Evolv is on the right hand side of the case, it is pressed up against the side of my desk and I cannot turn it on. I quite like the look of these but I'm not sure how to set them up - http://m.banggood.com/Car-Motor-Switch-Power-Momentary-Push-Button-Led-D-16mm-12V-Metal-p-910552.html?currency=GBP&createTmp=1&utm_source=google&utm_medium=shopping&utm_content=ruby&utm_campaign=Auto-chen-uk-mobile

Any help is appreciated 😀

A power switch just momentary connects two wires together and this jump starts the pc. You could easily wire up a switch like that with two wires to where the current power switch is. you could even splice it on so both work.

Or you can enable wake on keyboard in the bios and mash your keyboard and that will start your pc. lol.

TBH the mash keyboard option sounds awesome! Is there a way to have it wake on button press (such as escape or something)?

I like the switch Rogue Leader suggested. I have recommended that one to several people. It has led's for power on, disk activity, etc., plus a nice long cable.

Not all BIOS support wake on button press (keyboard or mouse). One of my computers will wake from sleep, but not hibernate or fully off.
