Remote powerDown.

I'm having a problem. I want to remotely shutdown and power down a win2k machine from a win9x. I do all the right things but it does not shut down. Is this a comman problem?
Can I fix it from a registry chnage or something?

what do you mean by this? are you using terminal services manager? more details are needed.

use terminal services if its a server, or if you go on the win2k resource kit there is a file called shutdown.exe, its a mini client that can shutdown any computer on your lan, if you have the rights.

If you go on technet you can probably download it, its only 33k and can fit on a floppy, if i could attach it here i could =\
